Finding Faith Amidst Fear

What would your life be like now if you grew up with 2 parents in prison and had to live amongst several different foster homes, some of which might not have been so nice to you?

If you're like most, you probably agree that this isn't the ideal situations for a young child, and that someone living in this situation can turn out to be "broken".

Well that is exactly what Dorothy Ho had to endure as a child, however today she is the proud owner of Charade Dance Academy, fulfilling her life long love and passion for dance and art. She has moved past her broken self and has found her life of freedom.

How could she have done this?

Through faith. As a vocal Christian, Dorothy credits her ability to overcome struggles to her belief in a higher power and truly feels that her freedom comes from knowing that everything will be ok.

This doesn't mean things will always be easy, but as she keeps her faith she knows there is always a higher purpose for all of what happens in her life - both the good and the bad.

Today, at the young age of just 23, she has pulled herself out of a life of promiscuity, not fulfilling her passions to now running her business full time AND going to college full time.
