One of the biggest challenges of an employee who wants to start their own businesses is taking the leap of faith to finally leave their job behind to become an entrepreneur.
The comfort and security of a job can be very attractive.
But Dr. Joewel Pascual has a different take on it. He says “You have to be comfortable, being uncomfortable”.
Dr. Pascual isn’t a risk taker, but he’s done just that. He’s taken the leap of faith, left his comfortable job working in another physician’s office, and has decided to open his own practice, AMP Physio.
In this episode of the Money, Love, & Freedom Podcast, I speak with Joewel and get to ask him about how he made the transition to becoming an entrepreneur, what he did to deal with the fears and doubts as a self-proclaimed non-risk taker, and what his best advice for success is.
