In this episode, we interview Evan from Crypto 101, and while Evan does have a Crypto Channel on YouTube, his main source of income is selling products through the Amazon FBA program.
We discuss how he went from almost $0 in sales, having to accept EBT cards and go on welfare for some time to support himself, to scaling his business to over $600K in revenue with an expectation to exceed $1,000,000 in 2020. And he did this all through the Amazon FBA program.
What is Amazon FBA?
Amazon FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon) is the program designed by Amazon that allows individuals to sell products through Amazon, with Amazon taking the responsibility of storing, shipping, handling returns, and most customer service issues related to the distribution of the products. It’s basically like having a partner to handle all the details so you can focus on creating, branding, and selling products.
The products you sell through the Amazon FBA program become part of the Amazon Prime offerings, allowing the people who purchase your products to get all the benefits that go along with Prime, including Amazon’s ridiculously fast shipping.
Does Amazon FBA work?
Evan in this episode details exactly how he got started in the Amazon business. Yes, he did start off with every low sales, but one day he discovered an online course that gave him the blueprint on how to profitably select, brand, and the scale his business to nearly 7 figures.
