Overcoming Objections Using Neurological Levels
Have you ever wondered why you have trouble overcoming an objection, whether it’s in a business or personal setting?
There are neurological levels that we all think and work from. They are:
- Identity
- Beliefs & Values
- Behaviors
What happens is 80-90% of the time when we hear an objection, it is at the beliefs or higher level, but when we respond we tend to respond at the behavior level.
In this episode we talk about how to recognize the level the person you’re dealing with is on, how to adjust to their level with your own words, and then how to challenge their belief with 1 tried and true question.
