A lot of entrepreneurs, especially in the beginning, are scared of picking a niche. They question whether it’s too small or too large. Most of the time, they’re worried that it’ll be too small to make it profitable.
But as you’re about to hear, Kathi demonstrates that it wasn’t until she niched down that opportunities really started to open up for her.
