I always talk about the three components to master if you want to get good at selling. The second component involves creating a repeatable sales process.
If you have a service or product, you need some type of system built around the way you sell if you want predictable and replicable sales coming in. Without it, you’ll never know how much revenue you’ll have to properly plan and grow your business.
